Terms

Terms and conditions for G3.

These terms define acceptable use, account responsibilities, document ownership, AI limitations, signatures, subscriptions, liability, and dispute expectations.

Acceptance

By accessing G3, creating an account, uploading documents, or using the mobile app, you agree to these terms. If you use G3 for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for authorized account use, accurate account information, secure credentials, and all activity under your workspace. We may suspend access to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

Your documents and rights

You retain ownership of documents and content you upload. You grant G3 the limited rights needed to host, process, OCR, analyze, translate, edit, share, sign, automate, display, and transmit that content as part of the service.

Acceptable use

You must not upload content you do not have rights to process, misuse personal or sensitive data, violate law, reverse engineer the service, disrupt systems, bypass security, or use G3 for fraud, malware, spam, harassment, or unlawful surveillance.

AI, OCR, and document outputs

AI, OCR, extraction, translation, risk review, summaries, and classifications may be incomplete or inaccurate. Outputs are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. You remain responsible for review and decisions.

Sensitive and regulated use

You are responsible for deciding whether G3 is appropriate for regulated, high-risk, confidential, or legally sensitive workflows. Do not rely on automated outputs as the sole basis for contracts, payments, compliance, identity decisions, employment decisions, or professional conclusions.

Signatures and workflows

G3 may support simple and multi-party signing workflows. Legal enforceability can depend on jurisdiction, identity verification, consent, audit evidence, and integration choices. You are responsible for determining whether a workflow is suitable for your transaction.

Plans, fees, and changes

Paid plans, usage limits, billing terms, renewals, taxes, refunds, and cancellations should be presented at checkout or in the applicable order form. We may modify features, limits, pricing, or availability with reasonable notice where required.

App stores, subscriptions, and refunds

If you purchase through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another billing provider, that provider may process payment, cancellation, renewal, tax, refund, and receipt information under its own terms. Store subscriptions can usually be managed from the relevant store account.

Feedback and reviews

If you send ideas, feedback, support messages, ratings, or reviews, you grant us permission to use them to improve, support, market, and operate G3 without obligation to compensate you, while respecting privacy commitments and applicable law.

Service availability

G3 is provided on an operationally reasonable basis. Some features may depend on third-party providers, networks, storage, identity systems, app stores, or AI services. We may perform maintenance, update the service, or remove unsafe content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G3 is provided without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, lost-profit, or lost-data damages.

Indemnity and termination

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend or reimburse us for claims arising from your unlawful use, uploaded content, rights violations, or breach of these terms. We may terminate or restrict accounts that violate these terms.

Governing terms and contact

The final production operator should identify the governing law, venue, contracting entity, and contact method before launch. Questions or notices can be sent to gustavo.g.gallaga@gmail.com unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
