Request account and document data deletion.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to gustavo.g.gallaga@gmail.com. Include the email address used to sign in, the workspace name if known, and whether the request applies to your user account, uploaded documents, or both.

What can be deleted

Production operators can delete or anonymize workspace membership, authentication references, uploaded documents, extracted OCR data, comments, signatures, share links, workflow activity, and related metadata when legally permitted.

Identity provider accounts

If your organization uses single sign-on, the identity provider may also keep account records. G3 operators should coordinate deletion with that provider so app access and platform data are handled consistently.

Retention note

Some audit, billing, legal, fraud-prevention, or compliance records may need to be retained for a limited period. Production operators should document those timelines in their final privacy policy.
