Response times
We aim to acknowledge every message within one business day. Issues that block signing, payment, or access to your documents are treated first.
What to include
Tell us the email address you sign in with, the device and app you were using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps us resolve capture and export issues much faster.
